Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cloudflare hardware and merchandise; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cloudflare account dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
